How much does the delivery cost to mainland England, Scotland and Wales?
All goods ordered before midday (weekend and Bank holiday orders are sent out in the following two days) from stock and can be sent to England, much of Scotland, and Wales mainland addresses, by any of the following services, at the following cost:-
Orders under £50+Vat - Free second class postage (Taking (3-4days). (See below what happens if my delivery does not arrive)
- Signed for delivery (Taking 2-3 days) £4.95.
- Next day delivery £6.95(Arriving 8am-6pm)
Orders over £50+Vat - Free signed for delivery. Free next day delivery by request.
What happens if I order a large batch of items?
If you order multiple items, sometimes, due to weight limits, they have to be put on a pallet. However, we will let you know if this is the case and there should be no cost involved.
Do you have a minimum order value?
Our minimum order value is £5.00.
Do you offer Saturday deliveries?
On request we can arrange for Saturday deliveries.
Can I come to you and collect?
Yes, you can feel free to collect your items from our York depot:- Units 9+10 The Bull Commercial Centre, Stockton on the Forest, York. YO32 9LE.
What happens if my delivery does not arrive the next day?
If you have requested your item to be sent by standard postage, Andrews Signs and Engravers Ltd cannot be held responsible for loss of the item, but thankfully this is a very rare occurence. To guarantee your delivery we advise you use the signed for option. We will refund your for the signs and costs of postage if you items do not arrive and you have paid for signed for delivery or next day delivery.
